Return Policy

Because every KA Love piece is made with extra care (and not mass-produced), I keep returns simple and fair. I want you to LOVE your KA Love Bikini, but sometimes it just doesn't work out or the fit may need a tweak. 

Exchanges (Fit)

  • I gladly offer size exchanges for fit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are for the same item/style in a different size (or comparable adjustment when available).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original hygienic liner + tags attached.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

  • If you change your mind, you can return eligible items for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • No cash refunds. (Store credit never expires… and it’s the easiest way to keep small-batch making sustainable.)

"Surprise Me" Picks

        Final sale (because the whole point is the surprise 😉)

  • Exceptions: I will absolutely help if there’s a fit issue or a quality issue.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (Unless the return is due to my mistake).

  • For approved exchanges, I’ll send your replacement back to you at my expense.

Eligibility
Items must be:

  • unworn + unwashed

  • free of deodorant/makeup/sunscreen marks

  • with hygienic liner + tags attached

Not eligible

  • items marked final sale (other than the exceptions above)

  • anything worn or washed
